Our vacation rental home at Sunrise Lakes can be found less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport.
Built in a conservation area with stunning views over lakes and woodland our 4 bedroomed house is air conditioned and offers spacious accommodation sleeping 8-10. The property is not overlooked from the rear ensuring a perfect quiet location to relax by the pool and spa.

Accommodation Details
On entering the property we have a quiet seating area and downstairs wc. We also have an open plan kitchen diner and lounge. The lounge has TV with cable, video and DVD player. Our kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice machine) and dishwasher.
There are sliding doors from the kitchen leading to the pool and spa with patio furniture and loungers for your use.
We have a utility room with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The games room comprises of a pool table, air hockey and table football.
The upstairs accommodation comprises of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has bath, shower and two wash hand basins. There is also a walk in wardrobe encompassing a built in safe.
1 queen room and 2 twin rooms have built in wardrobes and share the other bathroom This has two wash hand basins and bath with shower over.
All bedlinen, bath and pool towels are provided.
Other Info
The villa is only 7 miles from the main entrance to Disney World and is within easy reach of all other attractions including Sea World and Universal Studios.
Within walking distance of the villa there is a supermarket, post office and walk in medical centre. A community swimming pool and a children’s playground can also be used by our guests.

From Orlando International Airport
Take the north exit from the airport on to the 528 Bee Line Expressway. There are two tolls on this road. (Have small change ready).
Go onto the I4 west. Take the 192 at junction 64B. Follow the 192. Turn right onto the 27 and the turning for Sunrise Lakes is on the right hand side. Follow this road until you come to a roundabout and turn left onto Sunrise Lakes. Take the first turning on the right. Follow this road to the end and turn right again. Our home is just up on the left hand side. No 16939.
