Origins
New English Poole Ltd is a family run company which has been in business for 16 years, dealing in residential and commercial property in Dorset and the Midlands. We currently own and maintain 35 properties.
Ethos
Everything about the business is individually looked after by ourselves. We don’t use any agents at all favouring the personal touch. As a result most of our tenants stay with us on a long term basis. (Current record 10 years)!
We set our company up to provide high quality rental accommodation in the Bournemouth and Poole areas.
Having achieved this in the UK rental market we have decided to expand abroad.
Rental villas in Florida
The first area to receive our attention was Orlando, Florida. To date we have acquired three high quality rental properties in Orlando.
Dubai apartments to rent
We have recently expanded our holiday property portfolio further with the acquisition of 2 holiday apartments in Dubai.
